Your order will typically ship within 3 business days, and arrive within 7-20 days after that. Our products are usually in-stock when you buy from us.

Domestic U.S. Orders

If we carry the inventory in our USA warehouse it will say so on the product page. If we have stock in our USA warehouse your order will be shipped with USPS, Fedex or UPS.  If our inventory is held overseas we will ship to you immediately and can take up to 30 days to arrive. We track and insure all shipments, so rest assured, your items are safe. You will get a tracking number once your order has shipped, and this number will be updated in your account. Please note that we cannot ship outside the mainland USA from the USA.  Hawaii, PR, Alaska etc. are not available as domestic shipping options, they are considered international.

International Orders

If you live outside the USA, most orders will be shipped from our Hong Kong warehouse. Orders shipped internationally are sent through epacket service from Hong Kong and China, using safe shipping methods and tracking.  Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees by your destination country. The recipient of the package is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country and must pay any taxes, custom duties, and fees levied on the order. 

Unfortunately, we have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; contact your local customs office for more information.
